PERSONAL HISTORIES EXERCISE
Building a cohesive team is the first discipline of a healthy team and organization. Vulnerability-based trust is the foundational ingredient of a cohesive team. This 30-40 minute exercise, which I use in my Strategic Team Retreats, is a quick, simple way to begin building vulnerability-based trust and change the dialogue on your team.
